I had some really modest goals for July:
The only reason that the vulture quilt isn't done is that July tuned into Bag Mania month. I had so much fun making these. I was inspired by a crochet person that I follow on YouTube. She was making drawstring bags for her crochet projects and I thought I'd make a "couple" for my crochet projects. That turned into about 22 drawstring bags and 13 zipper pouches. I gave away 4 and almost all of the rest are in use storing the yarn stash that I swore I'd never have. I'm continuing to learn to loom knit and my hands are healing and I back to doing some crochet. I finished 2 loom knit hats, 2 scarves and 1 crochet wheelchair blanket this month. I also made another set of fabric postcards and quilted a quilt for Mom.
All of my trip projects are packed and I'll post about those later this week. My goals for August are minimal since we will be gone most of the month.

Hi Vicki. I was looking forward to your monthly book reviews, and when there weren't any, was very disappointed. I know you've been busy trying to be superhuman again, lol, getting ready for your month long vacation and making sure all loose ends are tied up. Our weather has cooled down some, so outside work is on the agenda for today.

You had a good month! I got on that making bag train too. I still have a few more to make. Comments are closed.
