Today's post is highlighting projects made with the Color Wheel Fabrics. Holly Gangelhoff made her art quilt with fabrics from the Color Wheel Medium Stash Pack. You met Pat Ferguson, aka Pattilou Quilts, yesterday. Today we are sharing her Color Wheel New Your Beauty quilt. Then she took the leftovers and made this cool scrap quilt! My project with the Color Wheel palette is this quilt. Tell It To The Stars was started in 2013 as a quilt-along with Judy Laquidara. She still has the pattern offered free here. Oldies But Goodies Tutorial - Color TheoryWhen I started dyeing fabric I was most fascinated with color mixing and that led me to a long self-study of color theory. I wrote a series of articles on Color Theory and it includes an explanation of how I settled in the Munsell system for my color wheel palette. You can read my articles on color theory here.

These are the sorts of colors I really like to work with....I'm definitely not a pastel girl.
