Saturday was a great day to spend away from the house at a fun Oyster Roast on the Rappahannock River. Yesterday I got back to work but spent most of the day ironing fabric. Not very creative but at least it's done.
Today I'm going to do some fun things and red seems to be my color of the day.
I'm taking another glass class and packed up some glass last night to take and work on. Whatever I make is going to feature this beautiful red confetti/streaky glass.
Last night I decided to load another set of veterans quilts and this one is from Betsy. I got it started last night and hope to finish it today and load the next one. After these I'll work on my own quilts for a while.

I'm Vicki Welsh and I've been making things as long as I can remember. I used to be a garment maker but transitioned to quilts about 20 years ago. Currently I'm into fabric dyeing, quilting, Zentangle, fabric postcards, fused glass and mosaic. I document my adventures here.
