For new people, we have designated 2016 as the year to clear out some UFO projects. You are welcome to join in at any time. Each month we check in here with our progress and there are prizes too! To report your progress and be entered for the drawing post a comment below with either: - a link to your blog update - a comment with your counts for the month in the format that I’m using below There were 12 entries in the April post (on the old blog) and the winner of the prize is Peg! Prizes are going to be surprises this year. Each month I'm going to try to tailor a prize to each winner. ![]() I have no finished for this month but I did make progress and actually started 2 new projects...sort of! I finished this quilting on this QOV and should have it totally finished this weekend. My 2 new projects came from the QOV that I finished last month. There was so much left over fabric that I'm making one more QOV and a veteran's quilt. I'm not technically counting the veteran's quilt until I quilt it. Any veterans quilt tops that I make are simply leftover quilts and I don't really worry about finishing them. I'm itching to get the QOV quilts done because I really want to start 2 new projects. Here are my current stats:
Starting UFO 24 Finished YTD 4 (Goal 14) Started YTD 1 (Planned 6) Ending UFO 21 (Goal 15) Veterans YTD 26 (Goal 40) Time for your update. Link your blog or give your update in the comments. To be included in the drawing you need to include your stats...

I'm so glad that UFO Busting makes me look at my project list at least once a month. I find that the accountability means I actually look at it more often that once a month, as well!

I think I need to get involved in this. I would have to say that my goal for July would be to make a list of all of the UFOs I have and the UPs (unstarted projects) I also have. I have recently started sewing again, and did complete a swap quilt along with pincushion and notebookcover, bee block, and am halfway through a charity quilt top. I also made hearts for Pulse.
