Centering a Quilt Back

In 201 I made memory quilts for the sons of my husband's best friend.  The fronts are made of their Dad's clothing and I tie dyed backs in their favorite sport team's colors. For those spiral quilt backs to look great I really needed them to be centered on the quilt top. It took some doing but I eventually figured it out and I documented it in the tutorial.
