Memory Quilts for a friend's sons

My husband's best friend died in 2009 of throat cancer. He left behind 2 adolescent boy and the only thing I knew to do was to make quilts. I asked Mike's wife to gather up T-Shirts and clothes of Mike's that meant something to the boys. She sent me a bag full that included t-Shirts, scout uniforms, pajama pants and hunting camouflage. There are the 2 quilts that I made. I custom dyed tie-dye spirals for the quilt backs in the colors that each boy preferred. Both quilts are made with my Keepsakes Tutorial.
