I know that no one reads these monthly posts and I'm cool with that. These are for me. They really help me keep some sort of focus and I can tell that it affected my focus to have not done a report for September (because of vacation). This one is going to combine August and September. Probably the biggest focus for the two months was veterans quilts. On vacation I pieced 5 new veterans quilt tops and I got 2 of them quilted and bound when I got home. I also quilted 4 more veterans quilts for my quilt club members. I also finished 2 more crochet baby blankets and made 4 more pet beds for a local pet shelter. Here are my stats as of September 30:
Starting UFO 13 (15 in 2018) Finished YTD 6 Started YTD 3 Ending UFO 10 Veterans quilts made - 11 Veterans quilts quilted - 24 Fabric Postcards - 26 Pet Beds 9 Garment Placemats - 12 Quilted for others - 3 Crochet projects - 12 COVID masks - approximately 180 Tea towels for WHEAT fundraiser - dozens! Mosaic pizza oven My goals for October are: - finish 2 crochet blankets that I started on vacation - finish Kim's Garden - finish the floor cloths - start making Christmas postcards

I read them. I find them inspiring. 10/2/2020 04:20:51 pm
I always read your blog. I don't comment often because your blog requires 4 lines of info to fill in before I can comment. Sometimes that is too much for me . I love the veteran quilts and the clarity of them.

I always read you posts. I’m amazed at the volume of projects you make. Your crocheting is inspiring, and as a novice knitter, I’m now working on a baby blanket. Better than another scarf! Thanks... 10/2/2020 08:51:54 pm
Yeah, me too. I read all of your posts. You accomplish a lot because you have your dyeing business as well to take care of. 10/3/2020 01:45:39 am
Me, too! I don't always comment - but you amaze me with your productivity - ;))

I’m always amazed when I see your monthly summaries! It makes me want to be more productive! What do you do with all the baby blankets you crochet? Are they donated or available for purchase on your online shop? Can’t wait to see your floor cloths! Have you seen the designs created by a paint can swinging above the canvas or what ever is to be painted? I’ve seen canvases as well as an automobile!
