I finally put the scraps away and started making the quilt. First I cut squares for the corners and stitched across then diagonally to make the big snowball blocks. I'm very happy with the light blue mottled fabric for the background. I couldn't help myself. I had to use the leftover corners. I see placemats in my future. Next I start making all the other crumb pieces into snowball blocks. Fortunately the cut offs from those will be too small for me to save.

The bright dyed fabrics make such a cheerful quilt; the blue sets them off just right.

Love this! I just love all your scraps and the blue background is absolutely perfect to set off the blocks. I never get tired of your scraps.

I love the variety of piecing shapes in your crumb blocks. Comments are closed.
