Our inspiration this week is Marquette Ore Dock by Toni Bergeon. Her art quilt is currently in an exhibit at the Wisconsin Quilt Museum in Cedarburg, Wisconsin. She used the Blue Sky and Trumpet Vine Gradients in her quilt.
For sharing, Toni received a 20% coupon for the shop that's good for 3 months! If you have made anything with my hand dyed fabric I hope you will consider sharing it in the Customer Gallery. The only rule is that projects have to be complete. It doesn't have to be made totally from hand dyed fabric, just include a recognizable amount.

This is just one wonderful work of art. The water reflection is incredible, I can not imagine the hours of work involved.

Wow, the image and the reflection both look great. This was a great use of the Blue Sky gradient.

Oh my, this quilt is breathtaking! I would love to have been able to watch her make this quilt from beginning to end. It's a blue ribbon winner in any show.

Ohhh, what a stunning work of art!!! I am awed by your talent, Toni! What is the finished size, please? 12/8/2023 04:34:36 pm
The quilt is 15x36 and was done as a Grids &Curves challenge for a small group I am in called Women Who Run With Scissors. We are actually featured in the current issue of Quilting Arts, Winter 2024–I believe it will be on newsstands Dec 19 but the digital copy is our. Comments are closed.
