This past weekend was sewing weekend with my quilt club. I only got to go for one day because Mom and I went to an artisan studio tour in Charlottesville Saturday. I made the most of my one day of sewing and most of the center of my Indonesian batik quilt done. I only have 4 more rows (sashing and blocks) to do before the center is done. I'll finish it off with a wide purple border. I've decided to go ahead and work on in here this week to finish it. It's a bed quilt so it will get quilted simply. I want to quilt this one before I put Lost My Marbles back on the frame. LMM is going to take a while to finish and finishing off this one will give me one more finish for the year. It will also give me my new winter quilt just in time for winter.

You are so close to having this done like me being on the last row of re-making melons for that double wedding ring quilt I have been working on for months. I am sure you will be as happy as I will be when we get these projects done.

This one is going to be impressive when it's done Vicki. I love the colours. Comments are closed.
