Time for a few more marbles! The thing about this quilt is that it's turning into a wonderful "class" for me. By making myself do something different in each of the 100+ circles I'm having to explore some things that I might not otherwise. Like this heart template that I've had in my collection "forever" and possibly have never used. It turns out that it's a pretty good ruler! Here's a peek at how they are looking on the quilt. I'm in love!

My gosh you've got a lot of rulers, a fortune in rulers! The spirals using the heart/feather shape are very different. Are you trying these out on paper first or just winging it? 4/19/2018 11:45:26 am
I am enjoying seeing all your rulers and the cool things you're stitching with them. There is something so good about a challenge like this!

I can see why you're in love with this - it must be like a box of very expensive decadent chocolates with each one being a different flavour. I guess you have to love chocolate to 'get' what I'm saying though!

The marbles are looking great. Are you planning to do any more quilting outside the circles?
