They keep showing up with bags of empty wine bottles. They were piled on a bench in the hall and yesterday was the day I finally got tired of looking at them. In between laundry and baking bread (the easy gluten-free kind) I finally got the labels removed from these. I have another bin this full in the basement.
It's time to get the kiln fired up and it's time for my friends to put their bottles in the recycle bin. In other news, I now have both of my Payla Nadelstern tops done and I'll get them loaded and start quilting Thursday. Tomorrow is "dyeing day"! 9/13/2017 12:16:55 pm
I really like the things you are making from wine bottles - these just might be on a list for a couple Xmas presents this year - along with a box of crackers and maybe a bottle of wine! I don't drink it much myself because of allergies believe it or not I get very stuffy sinuses from wine and an upset stomach. I might get one for myself for my new sewing table to put odds and ends on. Well look when I get back from Paducah
